We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return most items for a refund or exchange.

How to Return an Item

You can return your item(s) in the following ways:

  • Return by Post: For your convenience, you can start your return online. Please visit our Returns Portal at shopladiesclothing.com to initiate the process and print your pre-paid returns label. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging, attach the label, and drop your parcel at any designated carrier location.
  • Store Return: You can also return most items directly to our stores. Simply bring the item(s) and your original order confirmation or receipt to any of our store locations. Please note that some exclusions may apply.

Important Return Information

  • Time Frame: Please return items within 30 days of receipt. We are unable to process returns received after this period.
  • Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation, dispatch note, or receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the order. The cost of your original delivery is non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping Fees: For returns made via post, a deduction may be applied to your refund to cover the cost of the return shipping.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We are sorry if an item you received is faulty or damaged. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve this for you. In these instances, return postage costs will not be charged.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Face masks, cosmetics, and pierced jewellery.
  • Gift cards and e-gift vouchers.
